At Numa Tea, we care just as much about how your tea gets to you as we do about where it comes from.
Shipping loose leaf tea from China to the rest of the world isn’t always simple — but we’ve built a system that makes it as smooth, honest, and predictable as possible.
We ship worldwide, and all product prices include duties and sales tax where applicable. Shipping costs are based on actual rates — we don’t add a markup. Because of international freight rules, even small orders may have a base shipping cost around $40, especially when shipping to the U.S. or Europe.
To make up for this, we’ve kept our tea pricing as low and fair as possible — without compromising quality.
Most orders arrive within 8–14 business days. You’ll get tracking as soon as your parcel ships, though updates may appear only once the package reaches your country.
If you're ordering for yourself, consider our standard sealed pouch packaging — it lets you pack more tea into the same parcel, helping reduce your cost per gram. And of course, we pack everything with moisture protection in mind.
