Harvested from the core terroir of Wuyishan’s protected scenic area, this Laocong Shuixian (Old Bush Narcissus) is one of the four legendary cultivars of Wuyi rock tea. With a cultivation history spanning hundreds of years, Shuixian tea is revered for its layered aroma, rich texture, and lingering floral-rocky finish.

This tea comes from ancient small-batch tea gardens located in the Danxia cliffs, where an altitude of 1000 meters, red acidic soil rich in minerals, and year-round cool temperatures (10–21°C) provide ideal growing conditions. The environment promotes slow growth, deep root development, and a strong reflection of “rock charm” (yan yun) in the tea's character.

Crafted with over 90 years of inherited tea-making knowledge, this Shuixian is entirely handmade using traditional techniques, including gentle withering, repeated tossing, precise charcoal roasting, and long resting periods. No artificial flavors, fragrances, or sweeteners are ever added—just nature and skill.

The result is a deeply fragrant tea with soft orchid floral notes, smooth texture, and a full-bodied taste. It delivers a classic Wuyi profile: mellow, balanced, and rich, with the unmistakable presence of mineral complexity and a satisfying throat feel.
